The start of spring in Whistler has brought with it some truly incredible sunny days, and here at Ziptrek Ecotours, we’re already buzzing with excitement for what’s shaping up to be an unforgettable summer season.
The warmer temperatures and longer daylight hours are the perfect backdrop for our unique blend of adventure, nature, and ecology, and we can’t wait to welcome you to the treetops!
Whether you're a returning guest or thinking about ziplining for the first time, summer 2025 is the perfect time to experience the magic of Whistler from above.
Mark your calendars, the Bear Tour returns on May 17th!
This tour is a fan favourite, especially for families with younger kids or anyone looking to ease into the ziplining experience. With four ziplines, stunning treetop bridges, and beautiful views of Whistler’s coastal rainforest, it’s a gentle but exhilarating way to explore the canopy.
While the Eagle Tour operates year-round, things really take off come summer. Starting May 1st, you’ll see an expanded schedule with more departure times to help you make the most of those long summer days.
This tour is ideal for thrill-seekers and return guests looking for something more adventurous—it includes five ziplines (one over 2,000 feet long!) and breathtaking views that will leave you speechless.
Get ready to fly on the highest, longest and fastest zipline around — The Sasquatch® returns on June 14th, and this summer marks a decade of jaw-dropping thrills!
At over 2 km in length, The Sasquatch® is the longest zipline in Canada and the USA, and it’s an absolute must for adrenaline junkies. Spanning from Blackcomb to Whistler Mountain, this zipline experience delivers epic speed, height, and views in one unforgettable ride.
We know that not everyone wants to soar hundreds of feet above the forest floor—and that’s totally okay. For those who prefer to keep their feet a little closer to the ground, TreeTrek returns on May 17th!
This guided walking tour lets you explore the temperate rainforest at a relaxed pace via suspension bridges, boardwalks, and viewing platforms. It’s a fantastic way to immerse yourself in the beauty of Whistler’s old-growth forest without needing to zip.
As we gear up for opening day, keep an eye on our website and social channels—we’ve got some exciting activities, contests, and summer surprises in the works. There's always something extra happening at Ziptrek to enhance your adventure.
