COVID-19 JUNE UPDATE

The Provincial Government announced earlier today that BC will move into Step 2 of the official “BC’s Restart” plan. Under that plan, Recreational Travel is now permitted within the province, starting June 15^th. For full details visit the BC Government’s official webpage.

Ziptrek is obviously thrilled to hear that we’ve reached this phase of the plan, and can now start welcoming visitors from the entire province of BC! Now is the time to start making your plans to visit Whistler (if you haven’t already) since prime summer is almost upon us and things can book up quickly.

The next milestone in the plan is set for July 1^st, and if measures are achieved, we will see additional restrictions being lifted, and / or allowances being expanded. Let’s hope we all get there.
